Keep an eye on your Child's Diet

Foods fortified with vitamins and minerals are used to complement children's diets.

The milk drinks, chocolate, biscuits and enriched so many other delicacies are not condemned by experts, but should never replace meals.

Even against their will, parents in a children's menu should include foods rich in iron, found in meat, offal and dark vegetables such as broccoli and cabbage. If these leaves are beaten in a citrus fruit juice, even better. Citrus fruits have vitamin C, which facilitates the absorption of iron.

These foods, though disguised, assist in preventing and combating anemia. The anemic children may have difficulty with attention and delayed physical and intellectual development.

Another mistake is to give parents the tricks of the child who does not want to eat hearty food for replacing the bottles. This can impair the strengthening of the entire structure of the mouth, leading to a malfunction of mastication, teeth and breath.
